Construction of a plug holder for various power cables

I wanted to bring some order in the cables for all the machines. After work, I pull all the plugs and that everything looks a little tidier I have modified the wooden panel which covers a cabinet.

The cabinet has about 6 cm distance to the wall and so I can hide the cables behind it. The wooden plate I have provided with slots where I can thread my cables.

If all cables are in the desired slot, I can mount a bar, which is screwed to the plate by 2 screws.

This is what the whole thing looks like. All the cables have enough room to move through the opening.

When I pull the plugs, they are held and are always nicely lined up in the same position.
