When I removed the cylinder head studs, two of them have broken and I had to remove them. This is not an easy job since. On my Tips & Tricks page you can see soon the details how you can solve such a problem.

Here are some of the tools I made during April. Most of them are to press the roller bearings out and in. The basic ideas came from repair manuals.

This is the tool for pulling out the rear axle bearing ring.

Since the Oil stayed at the lower side of the differential for 30 years, the upper part of the bearing rings have become a major rust damage. Therefore all of them must be replaced.
